These gold mirrors are everywhere right now & I wanted to share a few ways I’ve styled it on our mantel! These mirrors look great on mantels, entryway tables, dressers, or hung on the wall. Typically I like to style ours in the living room but I could see this working great in a hallway, bathroom, or bedroom even! Gold mirrors are such statement pieces and add that extra touch of vintage elegance to any space. I like to keep my styling pretty simple when using a mirror, so I wanted to show you a few different ways to style around your gold mirror for spring.
Simple with Plants
The first way you can style your gold mirror on the mantel is with some plants on the sides. Keep your styling super simple by allowing the mirror to be the focal point and add two of your favorite plants to the sides of the mirror. Here I displayed the lavender plants that I got from a local greenhouse!
Layered with Art
The next way to style your gold mirror on the mantel is to layer it with art. This is one of my favorite ways to style mirrors because it gives that pop while also allowing you to display other favorite finds. I love this running hare print and it is low enough that it can layer in front of the mirror. I also added in these demi-johns for additional texture to the mantel!
Mantel Without Mirror
Don’t have a gold mirror? No worries you can also style large art on your mantel for a similar vibe. One large focal piece is a great starting point for styling your mantel and allows you to keep things simple without overcrowding your mantel. I like the simplicity of the antique sign with lavender plants & demijohn jars on the mantel with the antique sign!
