We have been cleaning up around the house inside and out, my goal is when the nice warm spring weather shows up here in Michigan we’ll be able to give out outdoors all the attention. I’ve been spending sometime day dreaming about what outdoor projects we want to do this year and how excited I am to spend as much time outside with Cope and Jose… I can’t wait. I don’t know about you, but I look back at last year and really don’t remember spending a lot of time outside. I mean we were finishing up the book, and we had a newborn in the house… but I really don’t remember taking enough walks or just being outdoors… So this year we are changing turning that around and we are going to pack this spring with a handful of projects that will make our home Cozy on the outside.
This year we are hoping to have a small garden next to our greenhouse so that Cope can play & help in the garden. And we have another garden further back on our farm by the sheep pasture that I plan to plant a bunch of flowers in. When I was thinking about our plans for our garden and greenhouses this year, I couldn’t help but think back to my favorite ways I’ve used them in the past.
