Make it Cozy with A Market Bag

Something you may or may not know, is I try to either write down or make mental notes to common questions here on the blog or over on Instagram, or wherever we chat together. And one resounding question is people want quick little tips that aren’t always super intense to transform a space or make any little vignette pop. Well, today I have a super simple way to do just that, making a space cozy with a Market Bag. With small, seasonal, adjustments, these looks can be kept in place all year around. Today’s equation is Faux stems (or Real) and a Market Bag. I have used these all around the house throughout the year, but truly love the cozy vibe that stems in a market bags brings during the spring season.

We have used market bags in all areas of our home, high and low. We’ve hung them on the door to make a market bag wreath, under an entryway table filled with blankets, on a coffee table filled with seasonal flowers and stems.

Just like all of my designs or inspirational looks, they are meant to be adjusted to you and how it may fit your lifestyle. During the summer, it wouldn’t be unusual to see a market bag without stems, left empty. This is because we use them to go around the farm when we pick fruit, or cut our own flowers. The Fall we usually bring some oversize fall stems that bring in those warm reds and oranges we associate with the fall. During the Winter months, leading to Christmas, they are a great little storage bag for little rolls of Christmas paper and tape… their use and look is left to your imagination.

When I say I love market bags, I mean I can find a place for them in all spaces, and usually can fill them with stuff I already have around the house. Making this little tip, super simple and affordable to add the perfect pop to any space. I hope this quick tip helps you bring a little pop to your next space, and if you don’t have a market bag yet, no worries, I have put a list of some of my favorite market bags to bring into your home, with links below. I also have purchased some from Connected Goods as seen below too! As always thank you for stopping by the blog today and every other day. It truly means the world to us over here on the farm.
