Happy Friday, Friends! It’s been a busy week over here, but really…when isn’t it a busy week? I’ve been a little MIA from the blog and social media this week, but just know we’ve been busy working on some secret projects that I’ll be able to share very very soon. The weather has been AMAZING. It’s been so nice to work with the windows open and be able to switch out winter gear for spring gear. It’s crazy how the weather can be such a mood booster. Here are some of my favorite things from this past week
1.
I purchased some fresh linens and some other spring finds from H&M this week! You can get a full round-up of what I purchased here [HERE] and read why it’s important to ‘not wait’ when purchasing from H&M Home.
2.
A local company by the name of Audwell was so kind to send Cope one of their new Oslo Learning Towers for his birthday. Can you tell that he is loving it? This week on the blog I shared our full review of the awesome new product! You can read that here [HERE].
3.
5 images that inspired me this past week
4.
For this week’s splurge or save finds, I shared two (very different) items that can be found in our home.
5.
After spending over a week with us in Michigan, The Kruse Brothers have completed the re-siding project on our home and we are beyond pleased with how it turned out! We decided to go with the LP Smart Side and so far we are loving it! Stay tuned for a full blog post on the siding project!
6.
This past week I received an antique European Mora Clock in the mail. Mora clocks have such a unique history and look. I love how ours is looking in our front living room. Head over to this blog post here [HERE] to read what makes a Mora Clock unique and where you can purchase similar options.
7.
Yesterday, I turned 33! To celebrate, I wrote 33 facts about me to share with all of you. You can find that here [HERE].
8.
And lastly, it is with heavy hearts that I tell you that today is Makenzie’s last day as my right-hand girl and assistant. We are so sad to see her go but so excited to see all of the amazing things that she does. Makenzie has worked for me for a little under 2 years and has grown to be a part of our family. We have traveled on a book tour together and sometimes I feel like she knows me better than I know myself. I am so grateful for everything she has done. We will miss her so much, but we are excited for her new adventures & thankful for our time together!
Thanks for stopping by the blog this week, friends! You can always check out what I’m doing day to day by following on Facebook and Instagram! See you next week for more home projects and inspiration!
xx Liz Marie
