Lately I feel like I’m a very “use what you have” kind of girl when it comes to everyday decor and seasonal decor. I love transforming my antique finds & everyday items into a seasonal look. Today I used some amber bottles I’ve collected over the years, some candles I had, one of my scarves, & some bits of nature to create a cozy fall amber bottle centerpiece in our dining room…
This is a super simple look that anyone can do with any long neck bottles of any color. I simply took a variety of tapered candles I had lying around & put them in the bottle until they fit snug. To make the tapered candles look a little more cozy I held the lighter to them to get them extra drippy and give that more worn look to them.
For a table runner I took one of my fall scarves and laid it on the table first. To tie it all together I used some faux fall foliage from my stash by removing the leaves from their stems. The dark amber bottles with the contrast of the white candles is so warm and cozy & it’s truly the simplest centerpiece with a huge impact.
I hope this look shows you that you can decorate for the seasons without going out and buying seasonal specific items or breaking the bank. Some dollar amber bottles and simple tapered candles could be all you need! Go outside and grab some leaves to top it off &. hit up your closet for a scarf and you are all set! Thank you for stopping by the blog today & every day to see what we are up to! Be sure to pin this look for later & share with me if you try it! xx
