You guys know that I love creating cozy entryways. Today I wanted to create one with an amazing new antique find that I got from one of my good friends. I had been waiting to share this with you & I think now is a great time because it’s literally the season for hanging all the cozy things up on a coat rack…
This coat rack is from the amazing Maria from Dreamy White Lifestyle [HERE]. I have been a huge fan of Maria and her amazing shop for years & every once in a while I will treat myself to an antique find of hers. You can find a lot of pieces from her shop around our house & they fit so well into our style. Maria really knows how to keep our home truly a cozy white cottage farmhouse!
This rack actually came a little larger than this space between the French doors up in our front living room so we cut it down a tad so that it would fit snug and perfect between the doors to look custom to our farmhouse. The wreath I hung above the rack is a handmade find [HERE]. On the rack I have some of my favorite items I reach for daily and room for visitors to hang a jacket when they come. I have a few tablecloths and fabric that I lay on the table near the door when we use it, I have a tassel blanket I grab when I lay in the front room here from [HERE], & of course this time of year you will find some stockings & other winter garb.
I love having hanging racks like this around the house from the kitchen, to the entryway, to the laundry room, to the mudroom, to the kids room, & beyond. It’s so handy to have a place to hang up all of the things & store them all while having them handy to grab when you need them.
