5 Scroll Stoppers

Everywhere I look at lately is oozing with inspiration. A couple of weeks ago I introduced this new weekly series called 5 scroll stoppers; a small compilation of images I’ve found in the last week that completely stop me mid-scroll because of how stunning they are. You can read past week’s scroll stoppers here. This week has a common theme of cozy spaces that inspire me.

1.

This library/living room [via @laylagrayce and @a1000xbetter] is full of inspiration. From the arched window to the abundance of books, it looks like the perfect backdrop for a Sunday afternoon. I love the use of space, using the entire far wall to house books.

2.

I didn’t know I needed baby’s breath in my life until I saw this amazing kitchen. The kitchen [via @tallwoodcountryhouse] is so dreamy; with materials being mixed in to give it a cozy lived-in feeling. Baby’s breath could be a great option for a winter floral to add greenery in such dull months.

3.

Sometimes a little vignette and quiet space in a room are all you need to spark inspiration. An aged dresser turned into a side table is all the cozy vibes. And look at that large black urn! [via @hammmadefurniture]

4.

This cubby of crocks is what cozy storage dreams are made of [via @elsie_green]. I’m sure many of you know as I share often but I am a big fan of Elsie Green and so inspired by everything they put out. I would love a storage system like this for all of my planters and vases.

5.

This cozy farmhouse kitchen [via @countrylivingmag and @our1917farmhouse] is giving me bouts of spring on a cold winter day we are having here in Michigan. Can you believe those flowers are faux?! The preservation that Ashley is doing on her farmhouse is so inspiring. It’s always so important to keep the history in a home and she is definitely doing that.

I am constantly so inspired by how others create cozy spaces in their own homes. I would love to know…where have you found inspiration this past week? Is it a photo, quote, or person? Or even a personal scroll stopper you’ve found? Or have you started saving your own scroll stoppers? Let me know on Facebook and Instagram. Thanks for stopping by the blog post today and every day!
