5 Cottagecore Scroll Stoppers

Scroll stoppers are a small compilation of images I’ve found in the last week that completely stop me mid-scroll because of how stunning they are. This week’s scroll stoppers all have the cohesive theme that they all fall under the cottagecore aesthetic. I’m sure you’re wondering what cottagecore even means. It is the movement that nods back to agriculture life, skills, and craft, and represents a simpler lifestyle. If you’re interested in past week’s scroll stoppers you can check them all out here [HERE].

This cottage bakery in the Cotswolds makes my heart so eager to travel again. The photo ( by @the_shopkeepers and @elensham) is so charming. I can’t wait for the day that it is safe to travel internationally again and we can explore the English countryside.

This photo should be next to the definition of cottagecore in the dictionary. It’s cozy and inviting, aged with some updated items. Shared by @rachelhardagebarrett. The fireplace in the kitchen is so cozy. I can imagine a family gathering here and warming up after a long day outside.

3.

Another cottage kitchen (by @ouroldcountryhouse) but this time a little smaller. I love the baskets in the loft and the touch of glam with the chandelier. It just goes to show that no matter what size your space is you can always manage to make it cozy.

4.

Do you have an abundance of market bags that you collect and never know how to display them? This is a great idea that is simple yet effective. The photo by @unionwillow shows market bags big and small on display in a dining room, and I enjoy how the room looks lived in and functional.

5.

This little sitting area in the kitchen is so nice. The photo (by @froken.frida) is lived in, but also cohesive. I love the open storage unit on the wall.

What do you think of the cottagecore style? Would you consider your own style a bit of the cottagecore aesthetic? I would love to hear your thoughts on Facebook or Instagram. Thanks for stopping by the blog today and every day!
